Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to court records, but Richmond County records are not held in one database. The Clerk of Superior, State & Juvenile Court maintains Superior, State, and Juvenile Court records, along with real estate records, notary records, trade names, and military discharges. Probate Court handles estates, guardianships, marriage licenses, and weapons carry permits. Civil & Magistrate Court handles smaller civil matters, magistrate filings, and the Warrant Division. The Sheriff's Office manages jail and custody records. This site brings those record paths together for Richmond County users.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
